Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Material Handler II to support warehouse operations in Las Vegas. You will inspect and process incoming materials, operate forklifts, and ensure accurate inventory in ERP/WMS while coordinating with planning, procurement, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combinations considered.
• Minimum of two years in warehouse operations, material handling, or related environment.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar equipment with certification or ability to obtain.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory-management, ERP, or WMS.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory-control practices, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Able to read part numbers, quantities, locations, labels, and work orders accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy, safety.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced team settings.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, label, receive, store, stage, issue, transfer, and distribute materials per procedures.
• Verify incoming materials against orders and docs.
• Inspect shipments for damage and report concerns.
• Load/unload inbound/outbound shipments safely.
• Operate material-handling equipment per safety standards.
• Deliver materials to fulfillment lines and work centers.
• Pick, transact, stage, and issue materials per work orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory verification.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure material availability.
• Identify continuous-improvement opportunities in material flow and safety.
• Provide guidance to Material Handler I employees as applicable.
