Job summary

D&L Parts Company in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver. You will split time between stocking the warehouse, picking and packing orders, and making local deliveries to customers.

Candidates must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and be comfortable with basic computer and inventory systems. Forklift certification is a plus; training may be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass MVR, background check, and drug screen.
• Warehouse and/or delivery driving experience preferred.
• Comfortable using basic computer and inventory systems.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• In the Warehouse: receive and inspect shipments; pick, pack, label, stage, and ship orders; load and unload trucks; keep inventory organized; assist with cycle counts; operate pallet jacks and forklifts; keep warehouse clean and safe.
• On the Road: load and secure orders for transport; make timely local deliveries to customers; pick up products from suppliers; provide friendly, professional customer service; complete pre- and post-trip inspections; maintain delivery logs and paperwork; report vehicle concerns to management.
