Job summary

Inergroup Insourcing Solutions in Hebron, KY is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Line Lead to ensure the production line meets daily demand and schedule. You will train line staff, monitor safety and quality, and keep the line running efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of line leadership experience in warehousing or manufacturing, with forklift/cherry-picker experience and basic lean manufacturing knowledge. English and Spanish bilingualism is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of experience leading employees in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Must have previous experience operating forklift and cherry-picker.
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early and prep line for start up.
• Work with supervisor and other line leaders to manage and prioritize staffing assignments.
• Update the production board on the line daily.
• Responsible for the safety, quality, and line efficiency of each production run.
• Take line attendance daily.
• Check BOMs, headers, layouts and labels for accuracy.
• Train new employees.
• Responsible for tracking and obtaining daily production goals.
