ProSource Wholesale is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to handle shipping, receiving, and inventory in a fast-paced environment. You will inspect inbound shipments, prepare products for pickup or delivery, and track inventory using warehouse systems.

The role emphasizes safety, organization, and teamwork, with forklift duties and a physical workload. A High School Diploma or GED is required, plus 1+ year of warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Pull, stage, and prep products for customer pickup or delivery.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Manage and track inventory using warehouse systems.
• Support customers and sales teams with product needs.
• Keep the warehouse and showroom areas clean and organized.
• Operate a forklift (training provided if needed).
• Follow all safety procedures and support the Sales Manager as needed.
