Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is hiring a Warehouse Team Member at the San Antonio Distribution Center in Selma, TX. You will unload, pick, and load products to support Chick-fil-A restaurants, with a 4-day, 10-hour workweek.

Starting wage is $21.25 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with benefits including free lunch, PTO, health insurance options, and a 401(k) with a 5% match. Shift scheduling may vary to meet business needs while ensuring safety and care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) to follow instructions and paperwork.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds per case and move up to 2,000 pounds with mechanical aid.
• Work in extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) as needed in a warehouse.
• Experience in warehouse/material handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload, stage, pick and load products to keep warehouse efficient.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with teammates.
• Duties may include additional tasks and opportunities for growth.
