As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply San Antonio Distribution Center in Selma TX. Chick‑fil‑A Supply strives to be the most caring distribution center in the world with scheduling, pay and benefits that demonstrate care for our team members.

Schedule

• 4‑Day Workweek (4 10‑hour days)
• Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7 AM to 5:30 PM
• Flexibility needed during weekends, holidays and rotating shifts

Pay

Starting at $20.75 an hour, paid bi‑weekly.

Responsibilities

• Efficiency and Organization: Actively engage in unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
• Safety First: Operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse.
• Communication and Care: Interact with colleagues and partners with consideration and respect.

Minimum Qualifications

• Extreme Temperature: Work in rotation through temperatures from –10°F to 100°F to keep food safe.
• Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case; occasional mechanical assistance for up to 2,000 pounds.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred; prior food distribution experience a plus.
