ACCEL Schools is seeking licensed Ohio teachers for our online K-12 program. As the teacher of record, you will deliver core content live and asynchronously, monitor student progress, and collaborate with the principal to report on student achievement and culture.

The role requires an Ohio teaching license in the relevant content area, knowledge of state standards, and ability to engage diverse learners. Travel for state testing and events is required several times per year.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Knowledge of Ohio State Standards and Common Core standards.
• Ability to work in online and blended environments, with live and asynchronous instruction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the teacher of record for core content and grades.
• Deliver live and asynchronous lessons using web conferencing.
• Monitor student progress and provide daily feedback/grades.
• Communicate with families regarding student academic and social-emotional growth.
