Qualifications

• One year in sales/service in the financial services or comparable industry.
• High School diploma or high school equivalency diploma required.
• Notary preferred; if not obtained within 12 months of filling role

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and guide financial solutions to meet needs.
• Create a positive face-to-face member experience and build relationships.
• Support teller or relationship banker duties based on branch needs.
• Educate and refer a variety of products and services to members.
• Assist members with accounts, loans and maintenance.
