Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Trial advocacy and/or moot court experience preferred.
• Active State Bar membership required; multiple state bar admissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 150 cases, with around 50 in active litigation monthly.
• Lead mediations and conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions.
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes.
