Responsibilities include handling roughly 150 cases monthly, maintaining proactive client communication, conducting depositions, drafting and replying to motions, and leading mediations; opportunities to serve as lead counsel in jury trials.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience preferred.
• Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred.
• JD degree required and bar admission.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 150 cases, with around 50 in active litigation monthly.
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients.
• Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, and lead mediations.
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials.
