The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in heavy civil structure projects, including extensive knowledge in construction practices and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. This position allows for national travel without the need for permanent relocation.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience in heavy civil structure projects.
• Extensive knowledge of earthwork quantities and cut and fill operations.
• High knowledge of construction practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise craft employee activities.
• Ensure project is constructed according to schedule and milestone dates.
• Maintain crew safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.

Skills

Knowledge of large earthwork quantities
