Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a dynamic couple or two-person team to serve as Full-Time Traveling Community Managers. Lead and support Independent Living Retirement Communities across the country during management transitions.

Travel to communities as needed to provide stability, leadership, and hands-on support, stepping into various operations as required. The role emphasizes servant leadership, strong communication, and the ability to build resident and employee relationships,

Qualifications

• Cultivate a couple or two-person team mindset for leadership roles.
• Willingness to travel extensively to support communities nationwide.
• Must be at least 25 years old for liability insurance requirements.
• Strong leadership, hospitality, sales and customer service skills.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales and marketing goals.
• Budget management and financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience hiring and leading large teams.
• Servant-leadership mindset with flexibility to handle diverse operations.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim leadership at communities undergoing transitions.
• Oversee operations including sales, dining, activities, housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, and resident services.
• Maintain compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist communities in achieving occupancy and financial goals.
• Foster a positive culture supporting employees and residents.
• Serve as a trusted resource during transitions to keep communities stable.
