Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking experienced Traveling Access Control / Low Voltage Technicians for commercial projects across the United States. The role involves installing, servicing, and troubleshooting access control, CCTV, intrusion and fire alarm systems, with extensive travel.

You will read blueprints, install readers, maglocks, and control panels, route cabling, and test systems. Strong hands-on low-voltage skills and willingness to learn additional systems are essential for success in this

Qualifications

Experience with access control, CCTV, and alarm systems is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are required.
Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel nationwide.
Experience in commercial buildings or similar job-site environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and troubleshoot commercial access control systems.
Install and service CCTV/video surveillance and intrusion alarm systems.
Install readers, door contacts, request-to-exit devices, electric strikes, maglocks, and control panels.
Pull, route, terminate, label, and test low-voltage cabling.
Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, floor plans, and site maps.
Coordinate with Project Managers, install leads, customers, and other trades.
Document work performed and report project status; provide on-site support.
