Responsibilities

• Manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial access control hardware.
• Install and service CCTV and intrusion alarm systems to help ensure site security.
• Mount and connect card readers, door hardware, and control panels.
• Route, terminate, and test low-voltage and composite cabling.
• Perform conduit installation and pathway preparation as needed.
• Drill into concrete and structural walls for mounting equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and site layouts to guide installation work.
• Complete system wiring, device setup, and final testing.
• Identify and resolve wiring, communication, or component-level malfunctions.
• Verify system functionality prior to project sign-off.
• Collaborate with project leads, site managers, and other trades.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide progress updates.
• Deliver on-site technical guidance to overcome installation hurdles.

Your Responsibilities

• Efficiently route, terminate, and test various low-voltage and composite cabling.
• Perform conduit installation and pathway preparation as needed for project requirements.
• Execute precise drilling into concrete and structural walls to facilitate equipment mounting.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, and site layouts to guide installation work.
• Perform complete system wiring, device setup, and final operational testing.
• Identify and resolve complex wiring, communication, or component-level malfunctions.
• Verify system functionality to guarantee high-quality performance before project sign-off.
• Collaborate effectively with project leads, site managers, and other trade professionals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates on site progress.
• Deliver on-site technical guidance to resolve installation hurdles.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all safety protocols.
