Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a driven sales professional to present our vacation ownership benefits at on-site resort sales centers. You will build rapport with prospective owners and close deals, turning inspiration into memberships.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience, a Florida real estate license (or ability to obtain one), and full weekend/holiday availability. A high school diploma is required, with ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Travel + Leisure sales/marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must have a Florida Real Estate license or the ability to obtain one.
• Must have full availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Conduct group and face-to-face presentations in our sales centers at our resorts.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners and communicate benefits.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training and meet performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
