Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a part-time on-call Role Player to support training events at Fort Pickett, Blackstone, VA. The role requires staying in character, adapting responses, and adhering to security rules. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Evening or weekend shifts and some travel may be required. One year of Role Player experience is preferred, with familiarity in improvisational or semi-scripted acting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in improvisational or semi-scripted acting preferred.
• One year of experience as a Role Player preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to training standards, stays in role, and follows security rules.
• Participates in field exercises to reinforce knowledge and judgment.
• Able to speak, read, and write English.
• May simulate combat using blank ammunition, simunitions, or pyrotechnics.
• Engages students at appropriate intensity and adjusts responses.
• Maintains safety and procedures during training and travel as needed.
