Job summary

The Ascendancy Group in Baltimore and nearby areas seeks a Role Player to support Department of War training exercises. The role involves 3–6 training events per month and requires reliable transport for site rotations.

Candidates must be 21+, own a registered vehicle, and be available for extended hours or federal holidays. A SECRET security clearance is required or the ability to obtain one. The position emphasizes safety and accurate participation in diverse scenarios.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 yrs of age.
• Own and utilize maintained, clean, insured and registered Personally Owned Vehicle.
• Be available to support training with extended hours and/or federal holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act in varied training scenarios involving 1 to 4 personnel which may vary by course and exercise.
• Use personal vehicle and personal phone in a role-playing scenario.
• Participate in scheduled training, including scenarios with extended hours, federal holidays, or overlapping courses.
• Be physically capable of walking outdoors, excellent driving & navigational skills.
• Observe and document student activities and deliver timely and comprehensive feedback.
• Adhere to traffic laws with a primary focus on safety during activities.

Overview

As a Role Player you will play an essential part supporting a variety of Department of War training exercises. Training support requirements will vary in time and duration, typically 3-6 times a month.

Location Varies

• Northern Virginia - Within 50 miles of Tyson’s Corner, VA
• Southern Baltimore - Within 50 miles of Elkridge, MD

Security Requirement:

• Possess or ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance is required.
