Through hands-on training, coaching, and assessment, you will help learners build technical and professional skills for today’s workforce.

Under general supervision, you will ensure students are engaged, maintain organized learning spaces, and uphold safety standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with Early Childhood/Education credentials and 480 hours of childcare experience.
• Alternative path: Florida teaching certificate with current employment.
• Associate degree with 480 hours of childcare experience.
• Associate degree with 6 credit hours in ECE and 960 hours experience.
• Completion of the Florida DCF six-clock-hour Train-the-Trainer course.
• Minimum of three years of experience in early childhood education.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver course curriculum with lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Provide hands-on training and assess student progress.
• Foster a positive learning environment and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and performance records.
• Assist in developing customized training programs as needed.
• Administer practical and theoretical exams to evaluate progress.
• Submit hours worked weekly and complete related duties.
