Job summary

Circuit of The Americas' COTALAND is seeking a Bartender to maintain a clean, safe bar environment and deliver friendly, efficient service to guests during high-volume events. You will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, check IDs, and collaborate with the crew to ensure smooth service in a busy theme park setting.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour plus tips, with full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous high volume bartending experience is preferred, but not required, training is provided.
• Basic understanding of wine, beer and spirits.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• TABC certification

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and properly store all bar tools and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas including service wells, prep areas, walk-ins, storage rooms, floors, walls, and drains
• Assist in removal of trash, recycling, and compost throughout shifts to maintain a safe work environment
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Provide friendly, attentive service and engage with guests in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Check customer identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts
• Monitor guest behavior and promote a safe, enjoyable environment
