My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to educate customers on AT&T products and services and guide them through the buying process. You will work with a high-energy team, meet sales goals, and participate in ongoing training to grow within the company.

The role offers strong base pay with commissions, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement, plus benefits like medical and retirement programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
