Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers with AT&T products and services, guiding them through the buying process in a fast-paced store environment.

You will meet personal performance goals, deliver outstanding service, and participate in ongoing training and marketing activities; opportunities for advancement are available. This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or equivalent.

• Engage with customers and educate them on AT&T products and services.
• Guide customers through the buying process.
