Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to customer locations.
• Communicate job details between technicians and customers.
• Process permits, schedule inspections, and coordinate with vendors.
• Debrief technicians after jobs and update data in company software.
• Handle administrative and reporting tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily operations.
