Job summary

Vida Education is seeking Teaching Assistants to support teachers in Kentucky schools. You will help deliver lessons, prepare classrooms, and support students one-to-one or in small groups.

We value motivated individuals with a Level 2 TA qualification or relevant school experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and student success. DBS/Background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or 1 year TA experience in a school.
• Must be able to provide recent references.
• Confident communication skills and ability to motivate in class.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the teacher with the delivery of the lesson
• Preparing the classroom for lessons, such as setting up equipment
• Managing behaviour and engaging students with their own learning
• Working with students either one to one or in small groups out of the classroom
• Committed to support both the teacher and the students to succeed
