Qualifications

• Maintain IT operations across OS, security tools, apps, servers, virtualization, and devices.
• Install and upgrade components, manage virtual servers, and automate processes.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly to maintain a stable environment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors with diagnostics and root cause analysis.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support to minimize disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Engineering, configuring, and installing solutions for Windows desktops and servers, SD-WAN networks and VoIP systems.
• Responds to helpdesk tickets and end user requests, escalated system alerts, and resolves service‑level problems.
• Interact with the helpdesk and other teams to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and provide technical support.
• Travel to branches as required and provide off‑hour support when necessary.
