Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete Life Time courses upon hire.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to bend/lift up to 20 lbs.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid Certification (or bridge to StarGuard as needed).

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services.
