Job summary

Qualifications

• State licensure and any other requirements specified by the Public Education Department.
• Certified in all areas of assignment and endorsed per instructional area.
• Other qualifications determined by the Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified staff in delivering the instructional program.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce material.
• Prepare and maintain classroom records and reports as required by law.
• Monitor testing and make-up work for students.
• Supervise students in various areas and assist with behavior plans as designated.
• Follow safety, evacuation, and district policies in all duties.
