Responsibilities include maintaining records, complying with safety guidelines, and participating in professional development. Candidates must have a high school diploma and preferably two years of experience in a licensed childcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Minimum of two years experience teaching in a licensed childcare setting (preferred).
• Experience working with children ages six weeks to three years.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead caregiver in preparing and implementing lesson plans.
• Provide and support a safe learning environment.
• Maintain high-quality child-care based on state licensing standards.
