• Obtain management approval for returns/voids.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the store.
• Provide friendly customer service, greet customers and invite return visits.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Assist with loss prevention procedures and report incidents.
