Miniso in California is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant retail team and deliver a world-class shopping experience in San Dimas. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, manage staffing, and uphold store standards with energy and enthusiasm.

You will promote membership enrollment, optimize inventory, ensure excellent customer service, and foster a positive store culture while driving profitability and brand growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management with a track record of leading teams.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Uphold Miniso mission and core values in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution: customer service, merchandising, SOP adherence, and sales performance.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store's membership program to foster loyalty.
• Oversee all store operations and performance; develop store employees and leadership talent.
• Meet sales goals through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; develop career paths for associates and managers.
• Manage cash-handling tasks, ensure SOPs are followed, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on employee performance and relations.
• Maintain schedules and store organization; ensure appealing visual displays per company guidelines.
• Drive business growth through strategic planning to increase traffic and profitability.
• Address staff and customer issues promptly with effective solutions.
