Job summary

RPM Pizza in Thibodaux, LA, is seeking a General Manager (05254) for the 205 N. Canal Blvd location. This part-time role requires leading a store team, driving performance, and upholding quality and safety standards.

The GM role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, budgeting, and local marketing, with a 40+ hour workweek including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in high-volume settings and a GM in Training completion are preferred.

Qualifications

• AM4 or prior GM with District Manager approval and good standing.
• GM in Training Program completion or equivalent.
• Proven success in high-volume environment.
• Strong math, technology, and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Required food safety certification per local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Team Members using RPM training tools.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture that values accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with RPM, Domino’s, safety, security, and health standards.
• Deliver consistent product quality, service, and store image.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as a Brand Ambassador.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
