Job summary

RaceTrac in Stacy, MN seeks a General Manager to lead a busy store and guide up to 45 employees. You’ll drive profitability while delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

You’ll recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, translate data into action, manage scheduling and budgets, and uphold safety and quality across all operations. This role offers growth and competitive pay within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (High-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.

• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
