Job summary

Lidl US stores require Store Associates to deliver fast, customer-focused service across checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promos. You’ll work in a dynamic, team-based setting with clear efficiency standards and hands-on ownership.

The role emphasizes high pace, strong presentation, and safety compliance while supporting daily tasks to ensure smooth store operations for the next shift. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Seamlessly switch between checkout, stocking and areas like bakery or produce.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl's processes and pallet-to-shelf stocking.
• Perform daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
• Set up non-food promotional displays with accurate signage and pricing.
• Maintain cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse and parking lot.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately; memorize PLUs.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and resolve or elevate issues.
• Support inventory accuracy and reduce stock loss.
• Follow safety procedures and assist in daily store operations for next shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
