Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift and move products up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Transition between checkout, stocking, bakery, and produce.
• Meet productivity goals through Lidl's processes.
• Perform daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
• Set up non-food promotional displays and pricing signage.
• Maintain cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately, memorize PLUs.
• Handle customer inquiries and processing returns.
• Help keep inventory accurate and control stock loss.
• Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
