The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape the store’s success and contribute to our growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in retail, a customer-centric approach, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Create an exceptional customer shopping experience by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and follow policies including health and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
