Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to assist with daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will help shape the store's success and contribute to our company's growth.

You will address customer needs, drive sales, manage inventory and visual merchandising, handle shipments and fulfillment, and support the team in a fast-paced environment with a mix of shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric and able to deliver outstanding service.
• Strong communication and collaborative abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising, promotions, and targets.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operational goals, following policies.
• Support additional duties and projects as required.
