Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and cash handling.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
• Create and adjust employee schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Assist in financial management, including cash handling and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
• Step in for the store manager when necessary.
