Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations with the Store Manager, training team members, managing inventory and payroll, and enforcing safety and merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in creating staff schedules and managing payroll.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Handle cash management and daily financial reporting.
