Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials and equipment to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation.
• Communicate problems or concerns to supervisor or kitchen management.
• Perform considerable physical activity including standing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching overhead.
• Comprehend product labeling instructions to enable safe use of cleaners and chemicals.
• Maintain inventory of supplies needed to perform job function.
• Ensure floors, walls, dishes, pots, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
• Place and monitor Wet Floor signs and other safety markers.
• Provide equipment (gloves, goggles, chemicals) to kitchen workers as needed.
• Ensure all equipment functions properly and meets health and safety standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards set by Cactus Petes Casino and Health Department.
