Job summary

The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection in Utah seeks an accounting assistant to support the finance team. You will post entries in ERP/POS systems, prepare reports, and assist with reconciliations and daily financial tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily update of internal spreadsheets.
• Review financial reports for accuracy.
• Enter Accounts Payable invoices as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Prepare intercompany invoices/bills as needed.
• Prepare folio recaps for group billing as needed.
• Daily filing of paperwork.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable follow up via phone and email.
• Issue and audit house banks.
