Job summary

Caesars Sportsbook & Casino is seeking a Sports Book Manager to oversee daily operations for the sportsbook in Ohio. You will lead staffing, training, and performance to ensure a welcoming, compliant, and high-service environment.

You will partner with Caesars Digital and the casino team to promote wagering through kiosks and mobile platforms, manage betting equipment, and uphold brand standards while maximizing handle and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a retail environment, preferably sports betting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship management.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stay within budget.
• Successful completion of onboarding requirements (drug screen, background check, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sportsbook operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Promote wagering via kiosks and mobile platforms and maintain customer service excellence.
• Interact with senior leadership and external partners to uphold brand standards.
• Manage sports betting equipment and ensure compliance with betting controls.
• Develop staff skills and implement staffing plans within approved budgets.
• Drive opportunities to maximize handle and profitability while maintaining welcoming environment.
• Establish professional relationships with internal and external contacts.
