Therapy Source, Inc. seeks a part-time Special Education Teacher to provide in-person services to charter school students in grades 6-12 in Lexington, SC for the remainder of the school year.

Salary is $40–$45 per hour. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:10 am to 2:40 pm. Qualifications include South Carolina teaching certification, up-to-date clearances, and liability insurance willingness.

Qualifications

• SC Certification required.
• Clearances up-to-date or willing to obtain.
• Liability insurance coverage or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Deliver specially designed instruction to drive student achievement.
• Monitor progress and adjust instruction based on data.
• Establish a positive, structured classroom focused on achievement.
• Support students, parents and general education staff; mentor self-regulation and organization.
• Develop effective IEPs with measurable results.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
