Qualifications

• Valid Oregon teaching certificate with appropriate special education endorsement.
• Experience with IEPs/504s/TAG plans is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse learners and families.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school personnel to design and implement instructional programs for students with disabilities.
• Establish a positive learning environment aligned with district benchmarks.
• Lead functional assessments and develop Behavior Support Plans with student involvement.
• Utilize data to make instructional decisions and modify curriculum as needed.
• Monitor student progress and maintain regular communication with families and staff.
• Train Educational Assistants and supervise support staff as assigned.
• Administer and interpret assessments to guide instruction and program planning.
• Manage classroom routines and ensure compliance with district policies.
