Job summary

Invited is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations across ala carte, banquets, and employee meals. You will oversee line cooks, ensure quality, and maintain sanitation.

You will help develop menus, manage schedules, control costs, and mentor staff while delivering the Invited dining experience to Members and Guests.

This role requires at least 2 years of sous chef experience, a high school diploma, ServeSafe certification, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ServeSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and excellence of all food products.
• Oversee ala carte dining, employee meals, and private dining service.
• Hire, train, supervise, and performance-manage kitchen staff as needed.
• Prepare work schedules for the kitchen team and monitor payroll costs.
