Qualifications

• 1-3 years high volume, upscale Sous Chef/kitchen management experience with progressive growth.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability and lead kitchen operations.
• Provide training, leadership and coaching to hourly staff to meet high standards.
• Build relationships and foster a positive, motivated team environment.
• Drive sales and control costs to meet profitability goals.
• Work with others to solve obstacles facing the business.
• Use data to make informed decisions for restaurant health.
