Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a Georgia PSC approved college or university.
• Valid PSC teaching certificate in the appropriate educational field.
• Endorsements in ESOL and Gifted are required.

Responsibilities

• Teaches grade appropriate social studies curriculum and meets district standards.
• Delivers instruction in-person and virtually; documents progress and prepares reports.
• Communicates with parents, students, and staff via phone, email, or video.
• Manages classroom behavior in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct.
• Participates in student development and achievement-related meetings and professional development.
• Directs paraprofessional or instructional aide as needed.
