Job summary

Kontoor Brands, the house of Wrangler, Lee and Helly Hansen, is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support the Wrangler team in building and elevating the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit. You will develop engaging organic content and execute the social media strategy in collaboration with brand marketing and ecommerce teams.

Qualifications

• Has a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience creating social media content.
• Experience managing social media platforms for professional use including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Bonus: Experience with social media management and reporting platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.).
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize and juggle projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and sharp writing skills.
• Eye for visual aesthetics, including formatting and layout, producing polished deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sr. Brand Media Manager and teams to execute the Wrangler brand social content strategy.
• Lead content development, producing videos, photoshoots, and other social content that is fresh and engaging.
• Lead organic content development for collaborations across all social channels.
• Oversee Wrangler Western social channels and manage agency/contractor relationships to maintain posting cadence.
• Lead Wrangler’s organic Reddit strategy.
• Assist with social campaigns and maintain organic content calendar.
• Assist with daily community management and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Monitor industry updates and identify creative opportunities for the brand.
• Lead organic social strategy with a focus on community engagement and social selling.
• Some travel required.
