Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Merchandising Specialist for Wrangler Western in Greensboro, NC. You will support the development and execution of the product offering, maintain sample lines, and manage ERP style setup, pricing, and on-time orders.

You will coordinate with sales, brand partners, and studio teams for catalog assets and product shoots, while keeping data accurate in relevant systems. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Knowledge of PC applications and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and execution of the product offering.
• Maintains product sample lines, confirms receipt and presentation readiness, coordinates sample needs with sales and brand partners.
• Leads style setup in the ERP system, including product line sheets, pricing, and coordinating with operations for on-time orders.
• Communicates with cross-functional teams to track product details and ensure data accuracy in systems.
• Assists in creating sales tools, visuals, and catalogs for meetings.
• Coordinates product shoots with brand and photo studio teams for catalogs and sell-in assets.
• Manages ticketing inventory and digital ticketing libraries; initiates development requests and tracks progress.
• Leads or participates in special projects and builds strong internal/external partnerships to meet objectives.
• Supports go-to-market calendar and milestone inputs for deliverables.

Education

4-year degree in Consumer Apparel and Retail Studies, Business Management or Merchandising

Merchandising Specialist, Wrangler Western

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the development and execution of the product offering.
• Maintains product sample lines, confirming receipt, ensuring meeting ready presentation, and coordinating product sample needs with our sales and brand partners.
• Acts as the lead for style set up in the ERP system. This includes product line sheets, pricing, and working with operations to get to and on time orders.
• Proactively communicates with cross-functional teams to track product details and maintain accuracy of information into relevant systems to ensure seamless implementation.
• Assists in the creation of sales tools, visuals, and catalogs for both internal and external meetings.
• Partners with brand and photo studio teams to coordinate various product shoots for catalog and other sell in assets.
• Manages ticketing inventory and digital ticketing library file. Initiates development requests for ticketing needs, coordinating the tracking and completion throughout the process.
• Leads or participates in special projects.
• Creates, implements, and sustains highly effective and influential relationships with internal and external partners to deliver business objectives and execute deliverables on time.
• Maintains accountability to the go to market calendar and supports creation and/or collection of necessary inputs and calendar aligned deliverables at each milestone meeting.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of PC applications and administrative clerical functions. Knowledge and comfort using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Years of Related Professional Experience: 2 - 4 years

Educational/Position Requirements:

4-year degree in Consumer Apparel and Retail Studies, Business Management or Merchandising; or equivalent business experience
