You will collaborate with brand marketing and ecommerce teams to execute content strategies and produce engaging, on‑trend content.

The role emphasizes quick ideation, video production, and community engagement in a fast-paced environment. Some travel may be required, and a four‑year degree is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience creating social media content.
• Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
• Bonus: Experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Eye for visual aesthetics and polished deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Wrangler brand social content strategy with internal and external teams.
• Lead content development, videos, shoots, and other social assets.
• Oversee Wrangler Western social channels and posting cadence.
• Lead organic Reddit strategy and engagement.
• Plan and assist with social campaigns and calendar coordination.
• Support daily community management with the team.
