M Booth in New York is seeking a highly creative, mid-level Social Designer to join our studio. You will craft high-polish visuals for LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and TikTok, while collaborating with our video team on overlays and typography for YouTube Shorts and TikTok.

You’ll master client guidelines, develop cohesive social-first brand kits, and respond rapidly to trends with meme templates and visual hooks, all within a collaborative team of 20+ led by an Art Director.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional social design experience.
• Strong typography, composition, color theory, and layout hierarchies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; CapCut a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced agency environments.
• Excellent time management and collaborative communication.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, channel-specific visual assets for LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Translate brand guidelines and develop social-first identity kits.
• Monitor trends and design rapid-response graphics and memes.
• Collaborate with fellow creatives to co-create concepts and meet client demands.
• Ensure messaging and visuals stay brand-appropriate and compelling.
• Develop visual explorations, typography, mockups, and layouts.
• Brainstorm and refine campaign concepts and styles.
• Produce design requests for account leads, meeting deadlines.
• Articulate design choices to teammates and clients.
• Stay current on social media visual standards and trends.
