In this role you will manage day‑to‑day social content planning, coordinate with the social media manager, content creator, and junior producer, and help drive campaigns from concept to delivery.

You will nurture client relationships, oversee budgets and timelines, and contribute to new business pitches.

Qualifications

• This role requires Bay Area familiarity and willingness to work in our San Francisco office three days a week.
• Experience in account management, preferably in a creative or advertising environment.
• Experience leading social media projects and campaigns from start to finish.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Client & Team Coordination
• Build trust through proactive, responsive, and detail‑oriented communication
• Anticipate needs, uncover valuable insights, and advocate for client and team success
• Prepare materials for presentations and reviews, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams
• Provide strategic POVs and advocate for the team, the work, and the client by fostering collaboration, support, and alignment on goals
• Help sell creative solutions that drive long‑term client success
• Project Management
• Manage status documents, project trackers, and detailed follow‑up notes with efficiency and clarity
• Oversee content calendar, social strategy decks, rollout plans, etc.
• Support production workflows to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables
• Provide actionable feedback to both clients and internal teams to keep projects on track
• Research & Reporting
• Conduct competitive research and deliver insights to inform strategy and creative briefs
• Partner with the strategy team to create briefs and decks, using research to inspire creativity and strengthen expertise
• Budget & Timeline Oversight
• Oversee budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay within scope and resources are used effectively
